About the Firm

A Solo Practice Built Around the Client, Not the Volume.

The Stutzman Law Firm, PLLC was founded on a straightforward premise: injured people deserve direct access to an attorney who will handle their case personally — from the first call through resolution.

Attorney Profile

Ronald E. Stutzman, Jr.

Ronald E. Stutzman, Jr. represents injured people in disputes with insurance companies — including coverage disputes, uninsured and underinsured motorist litigation, and insurance bad faith claims that many firms decline to pursue. His practice is focused on plaintiff's personal injury work in Mississippi and Missouri.

Before founding The Stutzman Law Firm, PLLC, Mr. Stutzman developed a particular focus on the insurance coverage side of personal injury cases — the disputes that arise not just over liability, but over whether coverage applies, how policies stack, and whether an insurer has acted in good faith. That background shapes how the firm approaches every case: not just as an injury claim, but as a coverage and litigation matter.

The firm is based in Flowood, Mississippi, and serves clients throughout the state as well as in Missouri. Mr. Stutzman handles each case personally. Clients work directly with him — not a paralegal, not a case manager, not a rotating associate. That is not a marketing statement; it is how the practice is structured.

Our Approach

How This Practice Works

Most personal injury firms operate on volume — cases are assigned to staff, managed through a system, and settled when the numbers work for the firm. That model is not inherently wrong, but it is not the only way to practice. At The Stutzman Law Firm, the structure is different by design. There is one attorney. He handles your case. You have his direct contact information. When you call, he answers or calls you back. When your case requires litigation, he litigates it. When an insurer refuses to offer a fair outcome, the firm is prepared to take the matter to trial. That is not a promise about results — it is a description of how the practice operates.
